Medical Research on Naturopathic treatment for Asthma

"Food Allergy as a Risk Factor for Life-Threatening Asthma in Childhood: A Case-Controlled Study," Roberts G, Patel N, Levi-Schaffer F, et al, J Allergy Clin Immunol, July 2003;112(1):168-174.

In a study of 19 children who were between 1 and 16 years of age who were ventilated for an exacerbation of asthma compared with 2 controls each who were age-, sex- and ethnically-matched, the cases were found to have the following risk factors: food allergy, multiple allergic diagnoses, early onset of asthma and frequent hospital admission
